Exploring the definition and questioning of literature. Under the instruction of Samantha Gorman, this book focuses on translating the web to print and understanding the change within that action. In taking something ordinary, like the livejournal of a 13-year-old girl, and turning it into a tangible print object, the perception of the content changes. Is it literature now, being in a familiar book form? Going with this exploration further, I included fold-outs of all the HTML coding written to produce what the user encounters first, on the surface. The coding, something usually overlooked, begins to transform into a hidden treasure.
